After 25 years in the music and entertainment industry (EMI Records, Sony Music), Lisa has gained a reputation as a respected PR professional, and strategic adviser experienced in both the corporate and creative sectors.

She founded One Woman Workforce in 2014, providing discreet, bespoke support to a diverse range of clients, including artists, established businesses, and start-ups – connecting people within her extensive network and cultivating relationships.  For nearly a decade she also assisted artist manager and theatre producer John Reid.
