Paul Lyons has 30 years experience as a finance lawyer with deep expertise in real estate and fund finance.

Paul was a partner in the finance group at Travers Smith for 11 years before being head-hunted by Goodwin Procter in 2013 to build out and lead the finance practice in the firm’s newly opened London office.

In addition to advising clients across the debt and private equity sectors, Paul co-chaired the London office for 5 years and was head of the London firm’s risk function for 10 years.
